I had a great experience with my move-in. I had a quick turn around time that I needed to get into a new place, and even though I was a little impatient, Marcus was very professional, courteous and quite helpful through it all. Even after move-in when I had some minor problems, maintenance responded within a few hours. I'm very pleased with my new home.

I recently had the pleasure of being shown around the apartments by David Sandle, and I must say it was quite an insightful experience. Throughout the tour, David displayed a high level of professionalism. He took the time to listen to my preferences and requirements, ensuring that he highlighted apartments that aligned with my needs. Overall, my impression of the apartment complex was significantly influenced by David's exceptional tour. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor created a pleasant and engaging experience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for an apartment near Sandy Springs/Dunwoody. David is an excellent leasing consultant and he helped us with our application and move in. We were in India but he made the process really seamless for us. Having stayed in the community for exactly a year I would say that I made good friends and had a really good experience. The apartment I was staying at was renovated with new cooking range and appliances. It had plenty of sunshine. The community was adequately lit. Minor issues that I found in the due course were promptly fixed by the maintenance team - usually within 48 hours. Emergency maintenance was prompt. We kept the apartment clean and didn't see any rodents near my house or inside. It was largely a roach/pest free apartment. A couple of things that were a frequent ask by residents in the last official meeting by the property - 1) Liability Insurance has to be mandatory taken from the leasing office. It's expensive(~1.5x) and doesn't cover the renter's personal belongings. Residents asked if they can instead buy renters insurance. 2) Security cameras to avoid intrusion into the property/car break-ins. Also, Water / sewage charges increased towards the end of 2022. Rent is high. Washer and dryer has to be rented. Also, if you are looking for a community that is within walking distance of major shopping stores like Walmart, Costco, Kroger or Indian grocery stores then this is not the right community for you. You need a car to do that. If you are looking for public transportation options then Sandy springs bus# 87 can get you to North Springs metro station.

I have been apartment searching for the past month, and I can honestly say that your listing agent David has been the best person I have encountered in my search. He is so patient, kind so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I am definitely looking forward to renting here, from what I have experienced with your management team. The grounds and units looks well kept and your maintenance team seems very competent.
